We keep the information here accurate and up to date, but it is general information, not advice, and it can change without notice.

Some photographs show typical settings rather than our own sites or clients. Brands and products named belong to their owners.

Estimates, quotes and enquiries

• The budget estimate shown in the school needs assessment is a rounded, indicative range. It is not a quotation or an offer.
• Prices are given only in a written quote. Financing terms for schools are agreed separately, in person, with the school and the financing partner.
• Sending a form is an enquiry. It does not create a booking, an order or a contract.

Space hire

A room is booked only when we confirm the date, room and price in writing and you accept. Room details on this site describe what is usually available; the confirmed booking sets out what is included.

Courses and webinars

Classes are formed when there is enough demand, or arranged privately for a team. Registering interest does not reserve a place. Dates and fees are confirmed in writing before you commit.

Webinars are free. We may change their dates or topics, or cancel one, and we will tell everyone on the list. Please take part respectfully; we may remove anyone who disrupts a session.

IELTS

We register candidates and give directions and help. The IELTS test itself, its fees, dates, rules and results are set by the IELTS test partners, under their own terms.

Using the site properly

Please do not send false information, try to break or overload the site, send automated submissions, or use the site to send spam.

The design, text and graphics of this site belong to Costech Academy or are used with permission. You may share links to it, but not copy it for commercial use without our written permission.

Other websites

Links to other services, such as WhatsApp or Google Maps, open sites we do not control. Their own terms and privacy notices apply there.

Liability

We provide this website as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its general information. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Any work we carry out for you, such as an installation, a course or a room booking, is covered by the written agreement for that work.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The courts of Lagos State will deal with any dispute.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page, with the date at the top, is the one that applies.
